Thoroughly experienced in negotiating REAs, OEAs, use limitations, parking and common area agreements, tax agreements, etc., we work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure that final lease terms match the terms and conditions that our clients desire. Every lease we draft receives total attention to detail and beneficial completion. We have negotiated leases with national retailers the likes of Kohl’s, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Panera Bread, Key Bank, Pizzaria Uno, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, among others.
Beyond performing closing services for real estate transactions, we are authorized title agents for a number of national title insurance companies. We supply full title insurance services and coverage as examining counsel.
